ReachFlo ("ReachFlo," "we," "us," or "our") provides done-for-you client-acquisition campaigns for staffing, recruiting, business brokerage, M&A, and private equity firms ("Clients"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data through our website (the "Site") and in the course of running outreach campaigns on behalf of Clients.
This policy applies to three groups of people:
From Site visitors: name, email, company, and any details submitted through our booking form or contact channels; basic analytics data (pages viewed, referral source, device/browser type) collected via standard web analytics tools.
From Clients: business details, ideal client profile (ICP) criteria, billing information, and account contact details needed to run and manage a campaign.
About outreach recipients: publicly available business contact information (such as name, job title, company, business phone number, and business email) sourced from public hiring signals, business listings, and similar public or licensed data sources, used solely to run a Client's campaign.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share outreach-recipient data with any party other than the Client whose campaign generated the reply, except where required by law.
Campaigns we run may include SMS and email outreach to business contacts on behalf of a Client. We maintain a suppression list across all campaigns and honor opt-out requests (including replies of "STOP" or "unsubscribe") promptly and permanently. Outreach recipients can also request removal at any time by contacting us using the details below.
We retain Site visitor and Client data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Outreach-recipient data is retained only as long as needed to run and report on the relevant campaign, or until an opt-out or suppression request is received, whichever is sooner.
